for the UK Wildcat Classic HS Indoor Track Meet

This is the entry method for a school that is entering

6 or more athletes)

     READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE STARTING

SORRY ....

entries from club teams are not being accepted due to a KHSAA rule interpretation....we don't want to jeopardize the eligibility of athletes from a KHSAA school team by possibly allowing "ineligible" athletes to compete

1. Go to the internet on-line entry website:

2. Enter your athletes with accurate information. Follow the instructions on the website. You will be able to return to the site anytime until Noon, Wednesday, January 18th and make further entries, scratches  changes, or adjustments.

---DO NOT CLICK ON THE DECLARE LIST BUTTON until you

are ready to declare your entries

on or before Wednesday,January 18th at Noon

     ---WARNING: once you click the declare list button, you

        will no longer be able to change your entries.

FOR Entry into the 60m dash & 60m Hurdles events, please

use the athlete's best 100m dash or 100m/110m Hurdle times.

Please enter your athletes with accurate performances to

ensure the fairest competition.

3.       BEFORE 12:00pm Noon on January 18th,

           YOU MUST declare your entries by visiting the

            website above and clicking on

            the "DECLARE LIST" BUTTON.

      Once pushing this button, no changes to the entries

can be made. We will not download any entries that have

not been confirmed by clicking on the Declare List Button....

YOU MUST DECLARE by 12:00pm Noon, January 18th.

The meet will then be seeded and your entry fee will be

calculated based on those entries declared.

ENTRY FEES:

Payment for entries must be made ON or BEFORE January 21st

Entry Fee is $ 5 per athlete, per event in individual events

PLUS  $ 20 for each relay team

(**note - athletes are limited to entry in 2 individual events and 1 relay event)

There is no maximum entry fee this year.

(Example A:  John Doe enters in the 60m dash & 200m dash

- Entry Fee = $10   )

(Example B:  James Doe enters in the 60m dash only

- Entry Fee = $5   )

(Example C:

    Lexington High School enters:

John Doe in the 60m Dash & 200m Dash ($10),

James Doe in the mile run only ($5),

AND a 4x400 relay team (any 4 runners) ($20),

- Entry Fee TOTAL is $ 35

IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY ENTER A TEAM OF 5 or fewer athletes using the online entry system (ASPi)....you will be charged a minimum entry fee of $60

FIVE OR LESS ATHLETES - "small team"

due to a KHSAA rule interpretation....we don't want to jeopardize the

eligibility of athletes from a KHSAA school team by possibly allowing

"ineligible" athletes to compete.

1.   By email, send in the athletes name, grade, gender,

     events entering & accurate performance estimate in those

     events. Also provide a contact phone number, email address

     and home address.

2.      Send the email to :  dweber@email.uky.edu     

        ----  BEFORE 12pm Noon, Monday, January 16th

3.     IMPORTANT!!  --  Declare and Confirm that athlete

         with ANOTHER EMAIL on Wednesday, January 18th

         before Noon.

        Email it to dweber@email.uky.edu.

         *If we do not receive a confirmation email, we will assume

         that you have scratched that athlete from the meet.
