CONFIRMATION DAY INSTRUCTIONS
WEDNESDAY - February 15th
before 12:00pm NOON ONLY (Eastern Time)
1. All entries must be declared by FAXING a copy of your original entry form with the DECLARED (D) or SCRATCHED (S) circled for each athlete listed.
2. DO NOT INCLUDE A COVER SHEET,....only the entry form
3. ONLY FAX THE ENTRY FORM...ONE TIME
2. FAX the declarations to ONE of the numbers below (not both):
859-323-0070 OR 859-323-00253. If you do not FAX, we will assume the athletes you entered are scratching completely from the meet.
(you may check the final declared lists on Wed. night at www.uktrack.com; athletes not selected initially will be placed in order on the "alternate list" and will be contacted if a space becomes available)
